At Portland Center Stage, I managed artist logistics for 40 productions, from small casts to ensembles of 30. This included travel, accommodations, local orientation, and personalized support. I created a welcome handbook to ease artist acclimation to Portland. I also assisted in the management of the artistic budget, coordinated casting calls, and oversaw volunteer support for meals, transportation, and other needs. For JAW, A Playwrights Festival, I managed logistics for 4-6 new play workshops annually, including week-long residencies with meals, entertainment, and hospitality. This experience honed my organizational and problem-solving skills, contributing to exceptional theatrical experiences.
