Coordinated the production of a commercial spot celebrating Long’s Meat Market’s heritage and community roots in Eugene and Springfield.

Key Contributions

Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinated shoot schedules and ensured the production stayed on track throughout the day.
Talent Liaison: Served as the on-set point of contact for 11 cast members, facilitating communication between talent and crew.
Wardrobe & Props: Sourced vintage clothing across multiple eras and provided period-appropriate props, including vintage Corning Ware from my personal collection, to enhance authenticity.
On-Set Coordination: Supported the crew and director to ensure smooth operations from setup to wrap.

Outcome: Contributed to a visually rich campaign that honored the company’s legacy while engaging both loyal customers and new audiences.
