Produce and coordinate video and photo shoots for the Hayward Inn, creating campaigns that highlight the property’s unique amenities and guest experiences.

Key Contributions

• Creative Direction: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts, shot lists, and visual storytelling approaches.
• Production Management: Oversee scheduling, casting, and on-set operations for both video and photography sessions.
• Props & Set Styling: Source and provide props from decor to small details that enhances the authenticity and visual appeal of each shoot.
• Hospitality & Crew Support: Coordinate with Hayward Inn staff and provide on-set hospitality (including snacks) to maintain a positive, productive environment.
• Talent & Crew Coordination: Liaise between client, talent, and creative team to ensure smooth production days and alignment with campaign objectives.
